haha, yup! Mine should be here shortly though, so my waiting is almost over. It's been quite an interesting 2 weeks of waiting, but I wouldn't trade it for the world. Having to wait will make this experiene that much better.

you bring up a good point.

More anticipation makes the final arrival that much sweeter.
the suffering of not having it makes you appreciate it that much more when you get it.
Yup, that's why mine will be oooh so sweet. I have more posts in 2 weeks that most people who have been here for a couple months.

do any of you guys know how long it takes to recieve the notebook after it ships? For me, its going to Iowa.

Just think about it this way. If you were to drive for most of the day, pretty damn fast, how long would it take to get from Miami to you. For me, it's about a 10-13 hour ride going 50 or 60 all the way. So for me, I expect a day to ship it from there to me.

FedEx will probably have it in state within 24 hours, however, routing to a local distribution can take another day or so....mine was in state the day after it shipped, and the first delivery attempt was 2 days later...I'm in Washington, by the way.

why should I get the three year warranty?
Because three is more than one or two.

I think we forgot to warn the newbs about Darth... 3 years protection is pretty damn important on such an expensive system... specially a laptop...

Blueman you should go to the doc for that severe case of blue balls. I think it's spreading north of your equator . . .
