i have to say, that alienware can make $*!# happen when they want to. monday night i was in phase 9, by the end of tuesday night and after talking to alienware on the phone, it has been shipped. they shipped it out at about 415pm est tuesday afternoon. i got an email from both alienware and fedex; the fedex email said that it was going to be here today! (miami-jacksonville isn't too far) i can't tell you how excited i am. looking forward to REALLY joining the club!

i didn't know before today that fedex worked 24-7. the package(s) were checked in at orlando at 3:15 AM this morning, and then left at like 3:45. pretty cool if you ask me.

Well, mine left miami at 9:15 this morning, so I suspect that it will arrive to the richmond center tonight and be delivered tomorrow. so basically, I have to check and see if that's the case, and if it is then I'll be staying home tomorrow.

Grats man!! Here's the list of things to do. After unpacking it in all its glory, and taking pictures if possible, you..

1) load the beauty up and make sure it loads
2) check the screen for dead pixels
3) check the dvd reader/cd reader to make sure it works
4) ensure that you got everything and that it works
5) load up any wireless cards you plan on using, check to make sure it's all compatible
6) load up your games, just run them quickly to make sure they load
7) select your favorite game and begin playing
8) continue playing
9) forgo food to continue playing (unless someone will bring it to you)
10) forgo sleep to continue playing (no exceptions)
11) complete 30 hour gaming spree and then get a couple hours of sleep before you begin step 7 again

Enjoy!!
