looking at either the hypersonic aviator ax6 or the Battalion 101 SL-Series from ibuypower

the battalion is cheaper but what will i be giving up in build quality, performance, service, and features?

i used to own this laptop

it is also known as the voodoo m:855

the ODM of this notebook is the mitac8335

its a good looking laptop, nice silver/black color.
left palm rest gets warm, keyboard is translucent, speakers are poor,
it weighs 8 pounds, it operates general use dead silent no noise, every 15 minutes fan kicks on to cool cpu down tho. fan isnt too loud. it lasts 3+ hours, cpu ran 40-60c depending on use and hd ran 50c, lots of usb ports and the whole design is fairly functional
