Are there any other power packs for laptops that are much more portable?
why dont get a car adapter, dont need extra powerpack and let car idle--> means power till tank empty!!

Great to see, my 9860 is used for running our Church's projection software (SongShow Plus!) - cute cat by the way.

Here's my 9860 at work, and a nice closeup of it running next to my 17" Sony which is sitting on top of my PS2 (I work for Sony Playstation - DownUnder). At lunch-time the PS2 get's fired up and I have it running full-screen on the Sony 17" - coming through the built-in TV tuner on my 9860 (Love DVI-D out by the way).

Well I am in Information Security and that is my lab. I run a firewall, several Intrusion Detection Systems, a HoneyNet and several servers. I also have my game machine and laptop. I need to be able to hack a network so I built my own and that is where I learn and practice.
err where the hell do you even begin to learn to hack a network (im a comp sci major its more of a curiosity question from a programmers standpoint then anything else)

Well it starts with google also there are a lot of books on the topic plus courses in ethical hacking. I took one given by Ernst & Young www.sans.org also has a class. The real way is just to get a few old boxes windows linux whatever and get a hub and start hacking away. Though if you are interested in learning from the security side of it drop me a pm and I will send you some links.

Off topic, silly question but - how do I post pictures so that they appear as an image in my post instead of just an attachment?

When you have it linked to some site hosting place (photobucket.com, etc.), click the squared icon with the mountain and 'sun' on it. Insert the URL of the link to your picture, and hit the "Preview Post" button.
