I use a NEC MutiSync LCD1530V. 1024x768 in 15" LCD. Quite happy with it, if there is ghosting I can't notice it (mind you I've used LCDs for over a decade, so my idea of quality may be suspect ). It plays Renegade, HL, Morrowind, NWN just fine.
It's an older monitor so you may have to search hard for it.
ummmmm ghosting doesn't come from the size of the monitor.... it comes from the monitor's refresh rate. Most of the best monitors are either 15" or 17"
Find something with less than 25ms response time. If it has anymore you'll see ghosting. if you get one lower, great. the lower the better. But i couldn't see ghosting on my 25ms sager LCD (5660)
