m505x cosmetic issues when closing case

One more thing everyone... does anyone have scratches or rub marks from closing the lid of the m505x? i noticed some rubbing marks near the speakers and touch pad area... arrarently this seems to accure when u close the lid of the laptop. I think this occured when i put the laptop in my carrying case and the pressure from the books etc from my carrying case may have caused the laptop lid and lower casing to scratch... anyone have this problem with their m505x?

Happened on mine. I put some felt at the top of the screen to stop it. You can pick up the felt things at Home Depot. BTW, I was at Bad Bath and Beyond with the girlfriend the other day and noticed some nice gray ones that would look nice on the m505x.

IS there some kind of wax or product that can remove some of these light scratches or buff out the casing to make these marks less noticable? Any ideas anyone??? Thanks

PS i know the apple ti laptops have some paint u can buy... but i am pretty sure there is no such product out there for our gateways : (
