


I hate Microsoft. I sent in my Xbox to get fixed on 04-24-04 they said it was the DVD ROM that needed to be replaced. The sent me a tracking No. on 05-05-04. Two days later I tracked it to see what time it would be at my house and the web site said that it was in transit and it had not been arrived in California yet so I checked again on the tenth and the web DHL web site said the same thing again. Thought it was a bit strange so I called DHL and asked WTF. They told me that they lost it and that the shipper had to fill out a claim I said cool called MS and told them what DHL told me, they said that the service center would have to file for the claim and that they would get back to me the next day. Two more days went by no phone call so I called MS again asked WTF they told me that the service center has not filled out the claim as of yet and that we will contact you tomorrow. They never called me back. So now I call like every day and get the same song and dance once the claim has been processed they will send me another Xbox and that they will call me in three to five more day and they tell me this every day from the 13th of May till now. Is this BS or what. I told the guy on the phone today with all the money MS is saving from cutting back your health insurance that they could afford to send me another Xbox and fill out the paperwork later.
