laptop broken and no help

I'm wondering if anyone here help me.
I have a problem with my laptop and have asked PC Torque for help. They said to contact Sager to return it for repairs under warrantee. Sager contacted me and said that I had given the wrong serial number so I returned the email with the correct serial number.
It's been a few days now and no one has contacted me and their phone number is a recording. My warrantee expires in about a month so I don't want to sit around waiting for an email too long.

Any suggestions?

Two sugestions.

1). Initiate another RMA effort.

2). Get on the phone - immediately.

It's a Holiday weekend so don't expect anything untill Tuesday.
