Doesn't Hypersonic want to make a sale? - Page 3

duck everyone.......fried toast has got a big knife! :P I have read a few times that they didnt call back when they said they would. I think a company should really focus on its service just like its product, if you have a kickass system you shoudl stand behind it with kickass customer support and service

I'd highly recommend that any HS owner with a grievance make an entry in Resellerratings.com. That site seems to be the measuring stick all these boutique companies hold themselves to.

As for poor e-mail response = poor customer support, I'd have to disagree. I mean, just look at this thread for proof: 4 people dissatisfied with pre-sales response, several positive owners comments, and only 1 negative purchase experience. That seems to joss with fairly positive resellerratings.com rating.I would think a topic such as this thread has would draw grousers out of the woodwork. IMHO, the lack of any significant b!tching is a good thing.

You know... I don't want to sound like too much of a naysayer about Hypersonic. I really was just metioning the long response time for the emails.

They were eventually answered, and definitely to my satisfaction. But I agree with Fried... If I saw four lost sales totaling somewhere between 15 and $20,000, I'd be a little bit po'd... to say the least.

Honestly the most negative thing it seems you will hear about Hypersonic is that their email responses are a bit lacking, and sometimes they under-estimate ship times. But that's about as bad a thing you'll hear about them. So all-in-all, it isn't the worst thing in the world.

... yeah... I didn't think I ever heard that word before.

HYpersonic took about two weeks to answer my e-mail. I tried to pry into future releases and their excuse was they had to ask someone in product design. Apart from slow e-mail service, Im sure they are a good company. Give them a call, if their phone service sucks too, then run away and never look back... Otherwise, Hypersonics rock !

Thats for sure. Hp gives you the correct date, and then lies to you that you are on "priority" and not to worry. When you need something for day to day work, three weeks of waiting really sucks.

Huh... never knew the origin of the word. I picked it up from an old PC game about pirates (can't remember the title) where the goal was to accumulate joss, or good karma. Eventually, my friends and I mutated into the term 'good joss' or just 'jossing', meaning an agreeable plan; an aesthetically pleasing solution. See also jibe .
