Modem gives me XP BSOD when sound card is enabled??

Noticed my sound card and modem were sharing the same IRQ, so figured that may be why whenever I try to access my modem or change the properties it gives me a windows XP blue screen of death for about a half second (not long enough to read it of course) and then resets. So i disable my sound card and voila, I am posting this message! Any was to change the IRQ's so they might work together?

Yes, you will have that problem if you are using the lastest sound driver(3.41) with the built in modem. I have the same problem....
You might want to try driver version 3.401. It works very well with the modem in my system.
