Its not to hard. It took me about 10 minutes the first time, but now I can do it in about 5. The hardest part is definately getting the canter consol off. It feels like its going to break, but just take it slowly. I suggets that you have a lot of light where you are working so that you can see the small tabs that hold it down. The best way to get these tabs off is to move it from side to side while pulling up (gently).
