Help in Buying

I want to buy the 5670. I'm still unsure about a couple of things. I must mention that If money wasn't concern, I'd blow 3k but....
First about UXGA. Is it really a must? Secondly, HT. Will I really see a difference in processing performance?
Does a regular user really need these? I do some web dev & graphics but mostly I use MS Office software, email and very little gaming.
What do you all think I should order?

No, a regular user doesn't NEED the 3.06 with HT. The UXGA has a much nicer view though with the better viewing angle and higher contrast ratio.
