Will these programs let you capture from the TV Tuner?
Will they control the TV Tuner?

Edit:
I see that PowerVCR will see the TV Tuner from another thread!
Shoulda searched first!

I installed the new TV Tuner drivers from Sager's website and I can now record TV programs (used the F-connector on the back), do the time shift, etc. I tried some of the custom settings for recording video and got better results when using 640 X 480 with the bit rate set to 5600, but that uses 45 MBytes a minutes. The only problem I'm having is overall low volume when displaying directly from the TV signal, and even lower volume when playing back. Anyone else having volume issues?
BTW, I had recently reinstalled XP Pro, and did't put the old TV Tuner drivers in, so the new downloaded ones were put in clean. I followed someone else's advice to install the program from disk 1 inside the TV FLEET folder. There is also a RemoveDriver program in the download.

When you say the new drivers, do you mean the drivers dated: 17-Jan-03 (small download) listed as
Utilities TV-Tuner WDM driver for Windows 2000, XP 17-Jan-03 150 KB

OR

The ones that come with the TV Tuner Utility dated: 04-Apr-03 (big (download) listed as:
Utilities TV-Tuner Utility (for Intel Pentium 4 Processor with HT Technology System) 04-Apr-03 45840 KB

Maybe the clean part is the key

I also have probs with the recording level, there is a setting to adjust it under Control Panel-> something like recording level, but mine is and always has been maxed out, recording volume level is still very low. My playback volume is a little on the low side, however, acceptable. (Probably the same as you are experiencing)
