Can anyone suggest a good back-up/synchronization software that can keep one folder on a different drive in sync with another folder? i.e. It will update files in folder B that are changed in folder A, delete files in folder B if they no longer exist in folder A, and copy new folder A files to folder B. Also there is one option that I desperately need: the software can ignore hidden files and not create backups of hidden files. I have never used back-up software before but I think there are a few names that people recognize. Also, is there a fundamental difference between backup software and sync software? In my mind they mean the same thing, but perhaps sync has more to do with datebooks, calendars and address books and less to do with files?
