Well, I hope I get the new version of the Hitachi. But because I've spent so much money on it, the thought of having a hitachi makes me feel like my system will be "not perfect". I want perfect, a lot of saving went into this
If the hitachi is good, I get worried if it will have a lot of problems in the future with some new problem. I will be able to actually take a look at it in the next few days. (Away from the city right now).
If I am unhappy with it, I will call up or email Dell about the problem. Anyone out there want to PM a Dell Rep that was very helpful and successful in sending a SAMSUNG?
1.)If you could PM the rep #, that would be a huge help, if I decide returning the Hitachi is the best thing to do.
2)Also, if I replace the screen myself, will this void/change the warranty in anyway?
