How do you check all your posts?

I looked under FAQ and couldn't find out. I am sick of searching back and forth for posts that I was reading or following. I know it's simple but where?

During a post, you have the option of subscribing to a thread. The default is "do not subscribe". I choose "Instant email notification". If you forget to do this, or just want subscribe without posting to a thread - visit the thread, click on "Thread Tools", then click on "subscribe to this thread".
