Can I plug the power supply in while the laptop is on, running on battery?

Question is the topic. Got my new lappy, and love it, but don't want to wreck it. I'm making a image of the drive right now.

Yes, you may unplug and plug in the AC whilst running the laptop and it will cause no ill effect, I do this on a daily basis.

And just to add, it was the same with my i8500, plugged and unplugged whilst on several times a day when I moved around..... had that for over a year and no problems developed whatsoever. With the li-ion batteries and other features these days it is completely safe to do this.
