I just got off the phone with the Dell 'expert' who gave me the old "Reinstall the OS from scratch" fix so I told her I'd try and find a fix myself.
Anyway, my USB ports on my 9100 are not being recognized as 2.0. They're running under the USB 1 drivers. I've ran the chipset upgrade, ran the laptop system software and even tried to manually change the driver to point to a USB 2.0 one.
Anyone have this problem or have any sugestions on a fix? I'm suppose to call the rep back and tell her how I fixed it... yeah right.
