|Talking about audio quality, I find it sad that so many people I know can't seem to hear the relatively poor sound quality of MP3 music played via computer speakers. They seem to think its as good as it gets. I think Audiophiles (like myself) are a dying breed. Sound quality nowadays is down the list when people look for music playing devices. Just try and find specifications to compare when looking at MP3 players, DAB (digital audio receivers), satellite radio ....|
If you want good sound, you have to go for the expensive stuff, computers were just not made for music, period. Too much interference from the other components and cheap low quality DACs, connections, etc.
Thats not to say there are good cards out there, like the extigy or the audigy.
As far as this particular MP3 player goes, it should've been designed properly in the first place, and by someone who knows sound and electronics both, not just electronics.
Do let us know when the LP 120uF caps get here
