well my baby is off to depot!

anyone know about when i might get her back? i'm hoping its not more than 2 weeks

i was just hoping their was an average time it took them to get a system back, oh well....ahhh its just like when i ordered it all over again!!

lol, I feel for you man, I went through this exact thing!

My baby got back to after 11 days including the shipping and weekends.

Mine took a combined 5 weeks (shipping time included) to get mine back from depot repair with countless complaints and never an ETA from the Alienware folks when I called the dozen times to check on it. I had to get a manager on the phone before it got escalated and actually finished. This was after having the system less than a week and talking with tech support a combined 5 times and ~8 hours before they issued the RMA # as well.
