You could get a paintjob done on it...

Do you have an external mini mouse? If not check this out: http://www.targus.com/us/product_det...sp?sku=PAUM01U

I bought one of these today. They are so nice. I like the retractable cord and the tiny design. You would think that this mouse would be uncomfortable to use but it feels very natural. I have relatively big hands and I love it. Oh yea its only $10 from office depot. ($20-$5 instant savings-$5 mail in rebate)

Just remember, the coolest looking ones get stolen first.

paintjob and a slick case will get your baby noticed . rip out the stock speakers and put some better ones in. screw a bazooka subwoofer (like they have in scion cars) on the back of the lid for some awesome deep sound . Get a matching collapsable wiresless keyboard/ mini mouse kit. also grab a security lock (kevlar coated) and a good 'ol Brinks Home Security fireproof case so just in case if your house burns down, your lappy is still there

I tried that model but felt too small for my paws. I do like your retractable cord; my non-retract is a minor annoyance.

I do like Targus's USB-PS/2 Optical Scroller Mini Mouse. Although phatter than your model, it has a cool black/green beetle look, and flashes with red lights anytime you even think hard at it (i.e. move it even a little). A plus if you want flash & dash when in public.

My M505X has pretty good sound, but it can still be drowned out by loud road noise or a noisy gym. I ended up getting Panasonic's Folding Travel Speakers which are awesome. They're only $30 and the sound is incredible for that price. It's very clear, loud, and distortion free. The bass is better than you would expect for small travel speakers. Just check out the user reviews.

They're SO much better than Sony's $40 Travel Speakers which suck and pale in comparison.
