My laptop makes popping sounds at random times!

the sound is coming from a hard drive!

I know how a hard drive sounds when it's being accesses and that's not it!

you know just before you inspiron turns off there is a popping sound coming from it! it's a similar sound

My hard drive passed all the diagnostics but the sound is annoying! everytime i don't looks at the laptop and i hear that sound it feels like it turned off!
