Accidental Damage Plan

Anyone here have the accidental damage protection plan for there laptop?
anyone have an problems with it or any good infor on it it would be appriciated. im thinking of getting it with my warrenty.

hi fire1811,

i just ordered an m675 today and got the accidential damage protection.
i ordered it in case i drop the laptop or knock it over and it breaks - the repairs are covered. it also covers things like spilling somthing on the machine.

if you go to this link and scroll down to the damage protection section and click on the link that says "more info", you can read more about it. i can't give you the link for it, because it opened in a pop-up window.

yeah i seen that but what exactly are "program guidelines"

i'm not sure what you're looking for, but it may be helpful to call them with a list of your questions. who knows, they may offer you a deal in the process. (smile)

yeah i email them about there program guidelines and they sent me this link

seems to cover most everything i was just wondering if anyone here has had to use it and if they did how easy was the transaction.

i wonder what they charge to upgrade the standard limited waranty to the accidental damage one on my brand new 505x ? (does anybody here know?)
