I turned down the resolution to 640x480 on far cry and changed some settings, and I was able to play. The fps was only about 10 but it was playable. I have played the following newer games on my sentia:
Battlefield Vietnam (decent fps at 800x600, graphics card shouldn't work but it does)
Far Cry Demo
Call of Duty demo (decent fps on 800x600 high detail or 1024x768 low detail)

Has anyone played bf1942? What detail and resolution will it run well on?

This game shouldnt work. gpu requires full T&L which the sentia's gpu doesnt support. bummer

You can always find hacks to fool the game into thinking your notebook has T&L, ive heard of this being done for KOTOR.

most companies are releaseing them in patches realizing they're alienating (pun intended) a large part of their customer base.
