Al-frickin'-right! My notebook came at last, after weeks of waiting. I just wanted to hug Ruben, my UPS guy. But anyways, the whole product is good... but there's some notable light leakage on the bottom that I will take pics of later today.

By the looks of it, the performance is just about what it should be. Been running Max Payne 2 on max detail and resolution for the past hour and things are running smooth. And dammit... it sounds good, too. Thanks, you guys at notebookforums. You've helped me make my best purchase ever! (Now... about that screen.)

Oh yeah, specs are 2.8 Prescott (hmm... warm, but not bad.), 512 Dell ram (hmm... sufficient), 128 MR9700 (hmm... ass-kicker), and 60gig 5400rpm hd (hmm... better than 4200, I suppose.)
My thanks to Stu for always answering my noob questions, wooster for his screen replacement email tips (gonna need it), and rob for those pics on light leakage (I know what to look for now).
