Hi there!

I´ve read about the last 2 hours in this forum and found many anwers and hints about my Clevo D500E/Sager 5690. But does anyone know the exact number of the PLL? I tried out with the ICS 952611 and CPUFSB, seems to work. Back at home i´ll try it again and do the benchmarks...

Now the second part:
What is the reachable overclocking on this machine? Well, maximum FSB, any thermal problems and so on...

PS: You can keep the spelling mistakes if you found some...

Have you done any form of o/cing before?
Because if you have, you would know that most of the time, heat is your main concern. Looking at the CPU that you have opted for (the so called 'Pres-Hot' chip) I would advise against oc'ing your laptop.

Hey, asking is for free...

And I know the thermal issues, the temperature of the heatpipe is arround 37-43°C at full throttle and much higher at a warmy summerday...

And I hav overclocked enough PCs, to give you the answer to your question. Actually I run a AMD XP1700+ JIUHB @2300MHz (200x11,5 @1,75V) with watercooling from Aqua-Computer (a german seller for watercooling and more)...
