I seem to remember it happening about the time i started messing with the services. Folders such as My computer, control panel, etc. often open at the top left corner of the screen,and are shrunken down about as small as they can go so that just about only the title bar is showing and thats it. I cant figure it out, Ive been into the folder options and theres nothing there that will fix it. It does it intermittently, and after I resize the folder, it seems to remember until another restart. Not all folders do it all the time, and IE or Outlook never do it, it seems to be ok with those, just the window of system folders. I know this is silly, but it is annoying and if anyone has any suggestions, I would apprecieate it.
