I was about to buy the 2025 from newegg untill i realized it had a no refund/no return policy I called both newegg and acer to try to figure out who would be responsible if the item arrived d.o.a. and they just sent me back and forth. (Who has a no return policy on computers??) So i called around and ended up getting it at pc-connection because it was a little pricier (2299), but the return policy was great (30 days) and they had the most knowledgable staff. Good luck, heres a list of authorized retailers off of the acer-america site.
