I don't know who goes to belchfire, but they have some cool themes for XP, and free! Look at the picture in the link. My question revolves around where the icon bar on the top of this particular theme, and the transparent calendar came from. Anyone knows where to get these programs (?), 'twould be cool to implement 'em on my desktop. Hey, thanks!

You could try rainlendar (just google it) for the calendar. The bar thing... no idea, sorry.

Looking at that page, they recommend using StarSkin. I would imagine that's what they're using in order to get the toolbar effect like that.

You might also look up StarDock. Plenty of programs out there that let you screw w/ things like that once you start looking.

yeah, im currently looking at stardock, wincustomize, and desktopx. Thanks for the help! ill let you know what i find. lates.

edit: Found one called Objectdock from Stardock, but download.com has a 70 % rating and says it takes a lot of system resources. Looks cool though.. some of the responses from objectdock say to check out Y'z Dock, which is over a year old, and is 0.8.3. I'm always weary about putting stuff on my computer, and am curious whether anyone has used Y'z? Thanks again!

i'm using objectdock and it DOES use quite a few resources. also, it sometimes causes games to minimize at random points coz it feels like popping out but visually, it's probably the most advanced and best doc out there with many addons, settings,... try it, you can always delete it if you're not 100% satisfied (jeez, i sound like in those dumb TV_commercials )
