Help me scam the scammer on ebay!

Hi All,

As you probably read from my first post, I was warning of scam artist's on Ebay stealing many pictures from either here or ******* website and posting them up for sale.

Well, today I saw an obvious one using Rich IX pictures. They specifically posted a different addy then the seller's to email them on the laptop.

It was going for 4500.00 bucks and he had two listings. So I boldy emailed him as it was a short listing. By the time Ebay would get the complaint the auction would be over!

Here is what I sent him!
I would like an explanation on why you are using my pictures of my
Alienware laptop!

You stole them from a website for Alienware gamers!

Take them down immediately.


I am notifying Ebay.


I also emailed the seller's real address.

Two minutes later the auction was shut down! Kewl.

But he sent me this response:

Hello

Please let me use them!I have no other pics!I pay you if

you want!Please

At this point I am LMAO. I never expected a reply.

So now I am trying to figure how to scam him back.

Here was my reply:

How much are you willing to pay me?

You are charging 4500.00 for your supposed Alienware laptop that you dont have any pictures of.


Any ideas anyone?

He emailed me back. I cant believe it. This is what he said.


Hello

I am NOT charging that much!Otherwise why would the people
not buy them from Alienware directly!I am willing to pay
you $100 for each week I use your pics(please note that I
don't post an alienware daily but once, twice or 3 times a
week most)What do you say?!


See now he is admitting that he is scamming people. Selling Alienware laptops 1-3 times a week.

Boy would I like to bust his @ss.

Okay this guy is hot for me to get back to him. This is all I could come up with.


Hello,

I have been thinking about it. I would much rather have another laptop. I have a lot of Lan party's and I have a house up North.

I would rather just trade for the laptop and you can use the pictures as long as you want.

You will have to let me know your Seller name on Ebay so I know it is you that is using the pictures and not someone else.

If you list them up to 3x a week then you must have a lot of them. Do you have any other colors other than the Cyborg green? However that is my favorite color. It rocks.

Let me know. If not I want 100.00 everytime you use my pictures. 100.00 per listing. Not per week.

Probably wont hear from him again.

He He He.... I like scamming scammers. That's how I got a NYC pretzel for a quarter. He was charging $5.... thats just rediculous..

Low and behold he is taking the bait

Ok

So, basically if I give you one laptop you let me use the
pics as much as I want?!Right?!

Here is what I just sent him back:


If that is the way you want to do it. Fine with me.

Yes you can use my pictures as much as you want. But noone else can.

I will report anyone else to Ebay who attempts to use my pictures.

I have already reported other Sellers and their listings were removed.


What colors do you have?

Also when I get the laptop I have a lot more pictures I can send you.

Let me know how you want to handle it. I have to go to work soon.

Let us see if he takes the bait.

No... I made sure he didn't do anything to it. The person in front of me got the same thing, was charged 3 bucks, he charged me 5 so I grilled him and he didn't want attention so he gave it to me fo 50 cents and I got outta there.

Sorry,

Linking to ebay scammers is not allowed in the forum.

All you have to do is search alienware in the search on Ebay.

Then just look through the listings.

He has not put any back up yet.

I will post back when he does so you can go look.

BTW most of those laptops are scams.

I guarantee you he will not send a laptop. He does not have any!

That is why he has no pictures to begin with.

Anyways, off to work to fix computers all day on the phone.

Will post back any news tonight if he emails me back.

But there is a UPS store near here I could use.
