Okay something is still scewy but its working how i want so i dont care. Right after i installed the touchpad drivers, (before restart) i went into the mouse control panel and got it set up how i wanted it, then i restarted and everything was still fine. once i plugged in my mouse, logitech drivers took over the mouse control panel again. so again i was stuck with not being able to CHANGE the touchpad sensativity. but at least this time the touchpad is stuck at the sensativity where i left it last, which is where i want it, so it's fine.
