Laptop Hard Drive HDD needed (latitude cpt)

Hey guys, I'm looking for a hard drive that will compatible with my Dell latitude CPT (or others, but this one comes 1st). Hoping for something in the 6gb+ range.

Parts for a compal n30w laptop are also needed (HD, AC adaptor, batteries).

I'm also looking for cheap laptop RAM. Let me know what you can do!

I have a CPa latitude and I have a normal 20gb drive thrown in. Check newegg, you can get new ones for about $80 bucks.
