I already had this kind of problems with my current laptop, and that was the radeon chipset that was fried out, nothing else possible that to send it back to the tech service to change the mainboard

well, everyone, thaks for the help. i didnt really have the balls to go back to best buy and deal with them. i contacted emachines over the phone and am currently waiting on the repair of my laptop. btw, i did try 3Dmark01 and it seemed to only artifact in game 2: dragothic. anyone know anything about the techs used in that game?
