like from pc 2100 to 2700 or something similar im probably gonna order one maxed out but ill order 3rd party pc2700 and install it if i can thanks for the help

I recall seeing a post Adam made saying that you CAN upgrade the memory and it will not void the warranty. But I also remember seeing several posts that said higher quality memory (corsair) did not produce any significant performance increases.

al the better (faster) RAM (2700) are compatible. The thing is then you are using a more expensiver RAM modul with no effect at all.

You can use a 2700 modul in a 2100 board, but the effect is nothing.

You better buy a more reliable 2100 RAM (like Infineon

Faster RAM !!!

correct me if i am wrong, but you can put it, but the motherboard ONLY will work at 2100, this is the max BUS capacity .

You can stick in 2700 but it will only run at 2100--I believe.

yes that's it was I was trying to say! You can stick in a 2700 but it will run at 2100. A waste of money.
