To 8886, or not to 8886?

hi,

i was just wondering how you all feel (overall) about sager 8886's? i am in the market for a new laptop/pseudo-desktop and i'm really interested in the "powerhouse" capabilities i would imagine from the specs. however i have also perused the tech support/q-a forums and some of the probs sound pretty annoying at best, and since my work and a good amount of play is spent in-front-of/behind the screen i need a system thats reliable. i have a pretty decent background in comps but this will be my first experience with the clevo ODM. any insight would be much appreciated...

I don't have one yet, but most of the problems that have occurred thus far were sparse and easily fixed... Plus you'd have this support forum, and I assure you that you'd have no better experience with a dell or any other company from what I've seen, lol. People who have them can expand more on this I'm sure. Good luck with your decision!
