and then my parents are spending $2000 on a laptop and im putting $1000 towards it, so $1500 for a gaming rig and $3000 laptop, for work. otherwise ill end up spending $3000 myself on getting a laptop good enough to replace a gaming machine.
for $3000AUS what kind of laptop should i get (i live in australia so i cant get saber). i was thinking of getting a toshiba brand, either:
1. SATELLITE 2430, P4 2.4GHz, 15"TFT, 256MB, 30GB, DVD/CDRW, MDM/LAN, FIR, WIN XP-HOME $????around $3200aud

3. SATELLITE 1110 CELERON 2GHz, 14.1"TFT, 256MB, 30GB, DVD/CDRW, MDM/LAN, FIR $???? Fairly cheap, high $2000's
4. Athlon 2200+, 512MB RAM, 40GB HDD, 15"TFT, CDRW/DVD, 56K, 10/100, XP Home $2999.00
5. P4 2.4, 512m, 32m vga, 15" tft, 40g, 56k modem, lan, cdrw/dvd combo, XP Professional, 1 year international warranty $3099.00
option 4 and 5 i dont know if i can get. so which one out of 1,2,3 and then which one out of 1,2,3,4,5. Thanks you guys, you have been great in helping me
