When I ordered last year, I didn't get the fuel essentials software (wasnt available yet), but when I got my laptop upgraded, I got the software.
It not anything to get all excited over. All it is a full version of McAfee Viruscan 8.0 with 1 year subscription and a special copy of powerDVD 5 that includes support for 7.1 sound or something. The power DVD cd is packed with a bunch of cyberlink software too.
Out of all the stuff, all I use is the DVD player, and even then I dont install the other cyberlink osftwares. They dont come installed by default, you install what you want when you get your system.
As for the M860, There was a guy named Krieger that had one that posted a very informative review on the forums here not too long ago.
