I got a smark disk 60 gib firelite external hard drive connected to a six pin, adaptec pcmcia card on my Sager 5660.
When I do a video capture, premier tells me it dropped frames when I'm done, and the quality comes out crap, all choppy and weird squares show up.
Any ideas? I'm starting to think that a mac is made for this kind of thing.
