couple ferrari 3200 ?'s

i just got my ferrari 3200 today and so far i love it. i scored a 3096 w/ the omega drivers in 3dmark2k3 and everything else it running well. coming in tomrrow i have a hitachi 60gig 7200hd and 2x512 cosair pc3200. anyways my first question is how do you get the name card out to write on it from the bottom of the laptop, i cant seem to figure it out? and also this is prob foolish to ask this after ive already ordered the memory but in the manual it looks like you can only put mem in one slot, is that true?

the other slot is under the keyboard.

you take the keyboard off...lol I'm not sure of the exact details, you would have to talk to Acer. I'm sure it's nothing too difficult though, probably involves prying off that plastic strip and carefully removing the keyboard.

just looked on their site and cant find a service manual, anyone know where i can pick one up?

An Acer service center? Look for ones local to your area on their website.
