IBM T40 Upgrades?

Hi all,

Great forum, I had a question for you all:

I just bought a used IBM t40 model.2373
1.5 ghz centrino, 256mb, 40gig, 1024x786 lcd (yuck).

I want to upgrade the memory 2x512: how do I take out the built in 256mb. one bay is already open, but I don't know how to access the other.

HD: is there a way to upgrade the HD to a 60gig 7200rpm drive?

Wireless: i think it only has the 802.11b built in wireless, can i buy a miniPCI b/g adapter?

nothing i can do about the video resolution?

I got the PC for cheap, but want to pimp it out a little more. also, any thinkpad forums/sites for tips?
