I got a semi-advanced Windows XP question...

I eventualy needed to ask this question: How would I go about setting the logon screen power policy? Is it possible to let it have its own policy, such as to tell it to hibernate or something after ten minutes?

I also have a less important one: If I want to set up the "all users" acount, how would I go about doing this? Can I make it mirror an account I already have existing?

Just go to User Accounts in Control Panel, do a New User, name the account and domain, then make them a restricted user (or standard) and finish. You can check the existing account's properties to make sure the access is the same.

I'm not aware of separate settings for the logon screen's power.

the main login screen itself should take after the administrator's settings... login to the other users and you can change their settings in the control panel>display area.
