Ok another newb question, so what exactly does "SETI team" do? Do we just DL that program and it just runs off our pc's? So can we actually track radio waves or look at stars? Or are we just volunteering out CPU power? thanks for all the info =P

I just joined the regular SETI team. BTW, does it take anyone else 49 hours to process one set or is my computer a bit retarded?
OK let's bring the AW SETI team up in those numbers. I for some reason got bit by the need to beat teh crap out of all of you on the team. So now I have 3 machines running 24/7 and 2 more soon to come. If they sit there anyway they might as well be potentially useful. Anyone up for a race?

I agree, all of my credits go to the BOINC site now, the classic site says that I have not completed a work item since 2/2005.
