So I just got a Lenovo Yoga 13. This is my review.
As what I primarily do is writing and programming, having a good keyboard is critical for me, which is why a tablet alone can’t work for me, and...
I have owned dozens of laptops in a variety of brands, and had many different laptops provided for my use at work. Without question, this is the finest I have owned. The Alienware M17x R2 is a...

One of the longest and most enduring brands in computers is Thinkpad. Originally developed by IBM in the USA, Thinkpad notebook computers are now...
only 2 more hours of the 9th day left. hopefully the next 8 days will pass as quickly as today did. maybe i should do more activies to waste time. i do have the chrono cross game i got to finish.
i think i'm goin to count to 1 million, that should do it. supposedly if you count non-stop for one week you can do it. i plan on sleeping a bit, so 9 days is just right.
Well, a few days more shouldn't change a lot for you guys since you will sooner or later get one! Consider someone like me who'll come to san francisco to buy one, all the way from TURKEY. Hope it will be avalaible on the announced date, coz I will be there just between 11th and 27th. Planning to use wire transfer, since they don't want international cards. How long do you think would it take them to ship it to Stanford U. Heard that they are first sending it to Florida to get rid of the tax.
jetnosfreak got a 3400 on the 3dmark03 while running other programs! i wonder how well he would have done with just one program running! and the gpu is clocked at 470/ 240
i have a feeling your going to go through a lot of pants. i wonder if the the fn key is in the left ctrl spot or correct like the sager 8790. This sucker will still be heavy and hot, but that's what desktop replacements are supposed to be. It seems it gets compareable battery life to the ferrari 3200, i guess that's due to the bigger battery. according to gamepc, it looks like there is a dvi port, and 4 in 1 card reader which i didn't see on jetnosfreaks config, and there are 3 usb ports. from all the pictures i have seen of the 4750, it looks just like a 8790 with 4 in 1 rather than 7 in 1 card reader. I wonder if I should go with the wxga screen or the more expensive wsxga+ screen.
go for the wsxga+, you won't regret it. it might not be as hot as the 8790 or 5690 methinks. the amd's run cooler than the P4's, or at least that's what i've read. also, i think the only big difference in the chassis is the 47xx's are slightly skinnier. adam posted a pic comparing the two side by side. i wanna see some super close ups of this thing.
