I just went with logoworks because they were local and I had heard good things, plus they were pretty cheap, and the whole experience online was great. (i bought the middle package, something like 8 design ideas with a bunch of revisions for a few hundred bucks). http://www.logoworks.com

Makes you wonder about the quality of the offer. I originaly found my way to this forum because I thought the time might have arrived where you could build a barebone notebook from a reseller and resale it for a reasonable profit.

I have worked with computers since punch card readers and for years have had a small sideline business of building desktops with quality components for cheaper than you could buy from an OEM. I don't have the time nor the inclination to get reseller status. This is just a word of mouth thing for family, friends, friends of friends etc.. Usually about 10 to 20 rigs a year.

The prices of OEM desktops has dropped so much the past couple of years that I only build systems for family and close friends now.

Coffeeshark has a good point about the barebones, maybe after you get a larger volume it might be helpful to growth and reputation.

All this rambling aside, your site looks clean and professional and it looks like you're off to a good start. I am a little surprised that you didn't go with HighOctane instead of Rawpower. It sounds like the perfect name to an old motorhead like me.

True , you gotta think about that target audience. I've never had much of a marketing mind anyway, being a programer by trade. I'd like to think that everyone would look past a reseller name to rate the product by it's merits alone, but I do recall a poster a while back on this forum rejecting the seller by name alone. Go figure.
