Hey all,
Is sagernotebook.com down for everyone else? Hopefully this doesn't effect the amount of time it takes me to get my RMA. BTW, anyone who has requested an RMA, how long did it take you to get one?

Well - I seem to be able to get into the web site just fine. Could be an intermittent error perhaps.

The site is up for me... It looks like they made some changes to it. Looks a lot nicer now... lol, that's prolly why it was down for you earlier, they were updating it.
