Asus A6Ne reliability

I've recently been looking in to the Asus A6Ne and I was wondering if any owners have had any major technical problems. I'm talking, have had to send it back for repair (Other than screen issues like dead pixels). I am going to a very notebook intensive school and I can't be sending it back every few months or repair. So if you have had to send it repair for ANYTHING, please post it here.

I appreciate the help!

No issues here..... I hope it stays that way, but i see no reason why it would change

I havent heard a single complaint about the Asus M6N build quality and reliability. Some ppl dont like the viewing angles on the screen, but thats unavoidable.

There was one issue with the battery not seating firmly enough, but that was handled via postal mail with a physical fix it kit, sent from Asus to me. That wasnt a big one to fix.

Other than that, Mine's been great.

I upgraded to a W1 this week, see my upcoming comparitive review of the two... soon...

is this still a problem on the newer machines? i thought i remembered someone saying so, but can't be sure of it

Yeah, I remember someone saying that for the new M6N's, they ship them with the fix plastic insert already. The problem is already taken care of.
