uh-maze-ing. Pretty pointless, too. But congrats on your computer that can run to games.

far cry was at 1920x1200 im not sure what ut was at, since its just a window


it was using around 1190mb of ram with both of them playing

Can't be anymore than 2GB.

And as far as res goes, it would appear as if you were also running Farcry in a window as you can see the task bar, desktop, etc. If the game setting is in fact 1920x1200 it is at least being scaled down to fit the window.

it looked like you had the settings turned waaaaaaaaaaaay down in the games. Look how crappy the sky looks in far cry.

lol... they were actually all the way up in both. unless they changed when i changed to window

The settings must be down as I know FarCry "by heart" :-)

The water looks crappy and seems like most of the details are missing cause FarCry cannot be played smoothly on a i8600 at FULL SETTINGS. That is a fact sorry.
UT on the other hand can be played smoothly with all turnt to full

exactly, i play far cry on everything medium on my xps, at only 1024. and the water looks 10x better then what his is showing. i wouldnt wanna play if the gfx were that bad.
