Loose audio jack on XPS

Just wondering if anyone has a loose audio output jack on their XPS. I really have to wiggle my headphone plug when I plug the xps audio into my stereo or headphones. It looses connection and becomes distorted and audio signal is in mono. Wondering if anyone else has this problem?

I thought I had the same problem. But, all I had to do was really push the jack all the way into the computer. It's a really stiff connection. When the jack goes all the way in, you will feel a little "click" as it sets in. Everything has been fine since, and I felt like a fool. As a musician I connect and disconnect audio gear all the time, and I've never felt a jack this stiff before.

yup i had to do the same thing, it really is very stiff.
