the dead pixel is if about 2.5 inchs tward the center of the right hand center side of the screen. My camera cant pick it up because the pixel is too small and too dark.

I will accept Paypal (I am verified), check, or money order. However I wont send the laptop until the check or money order has been recieved and cleared.

wow, they got back to me really fast, anyway here is what they said:

Hello Adam,

You have a 1-year parts/labor warranty that began on 3/25/2004.

The warranty is completely transferable. Just tell the new owner of the
laptop to keep the serial number handy if they need to call with a tech
question or warranty issue.
