PCT is a stand-up company, no doubt. I've bought from them (because of me, they can claim to have sold to US Gov't research labs ), and would again. I recommend PCT and Sager to everyone that has appropriate needs. I'm just saying that so is Dell, in my experience.
I owned the XPS and sent it back, I now own the Sager. There is absolutely no comparison in my book Sager wins hands down. To this date Dell stills owes me money and after five attempts of not knowing why it keeps going back to "pending", I gave up, my time is worth more than that (this is after 4 months). Anyways, here are the threads with the personal experiences I mentioned. This is not a flame, because dell has worked for alot of my family members. Although I never told my friends and family to steer clear, they have chosen to look elsewhere for future purchases, because they figure if I couldn't work through the mentioned issues with my patience, they do not want to try.
